Return Process

  Log in to your Straw Matters account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
